| Digital Downloading Jukebox Maintenance Procedure |
This 2 page document describes the recommended maintenance of a Rock-Ola/Ecast Digital Downloading Jukebox. As machines age, the maintenance becomes more critical. A lack of maintenance may eventually cause video issues, system lock-up and possible electronic component failure. ***** IMPORTANT***** PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY***** If the machine service logs show both cabinet fans running most of the time, the filters are dirty and/or the airflow is obstructed by something on top of a Wall Rock and Rock Star or up against the back of an E-Rock and Nostalgic Downloader. Fan 2 will rarely run at full output and NEVER run at low volume, idle, or sleep mode. If fan 2 is running at idle or sleep mode, there is a cooling airflow problem. The power supply and amplifier fans do not have a means to monitor electronically so they MUST be physically checked on a regular basis.
