Advanced
SyberSonic Version 5.1 - Operating system enhancement/ Feature
upgrade for the Orange System. Upgrade from Version 4.x only. Changes since
4.0 are:
- New Functionality per Technical Advisory 5050.
- New Feature: Open Menu ID (Quick Find 200) allows
operator to program a specific Quick Find number the jukebox will
automatically go to when the Setup Mode is accessed. Example: If set to
Quick Find 92, the jukebox will automatically go to Basic Accounting.
- New Feature: Special Video (Quick Find 14) if set to
no will play music discs designated as specials per the pricing table. If
set to Yes, will play discs designated as specials per the pricing table and
designate them as CD Videos. (If set to yes, the optional CD Video Kit must
be installed to play CD Video discs.)
- New Functionality: Passwords (Quick Find 80 -82) are
now intuitive. An operator cannot set a level 1 or 2 password without
setting a Level 3 Password therefore eliminating the possibility of
"locking themselves out" of the setup mode.
- New Functionality: All background and random plays
are counted as free plays by the accounting module so they will be reflected
in the paid/free ratio to more accurately report how much music the operator
is giving away.
- The JBS menu has been eliminated.
- The Skip Count option (Quick Find 34) has been
eliminated as the system automatically records all actual CD Player errors
reported by the Phillips player while it is in the play mode.
- Adds "Intrigue" and "Fireball" to the
page options. (Quick Find 25)
- Adds comprehensive printout of all programming settings via Quick
Find 84.

the play queue. (No background music between selections.)
- Two - Aux BGM Inputs are live unless jukebox selections are
playing. (Background music plays between jukebox selections.)
- Adds "Clear Map" to Mapping Options, Quick Find 10. This
clears the "map" without causing changer to check all slots.
- Eliminated "Auto Remap", Quick Find 14. Slots are
always remapped if new discs are found.
- Quick Find 70 changed to "Remote Power." (Formerly
"Suspend Plays") Allows operator to enable/disable power button on I.R. Remote
Control.
- Allows use of Orange computer with Red amplifier if Red amp has version 2.3.
- Factory Pricing set at 1 for $0.50, 2 for $1.00, 5 for $2.00 and
15 for $5.00
- Added ability to create a list of free play selections available
from the keyboard. These selections may be made for free as long as no credits exist.
These selections may also be programmed so they take priority in the play queue. Quick
