Description

Chevron Down

The Original 1962 Rock-Ola Princess Jukebox is the epitome of retro charm. A cherished model built by us during the heyday of jukebox culture. This timeless model embodies 1960s design, with vibrant hues and gleaming chrome accents.

The Rock-Ola Princess was first released in 1962, in the Silver Age of Jukeboxes. Holding up to 50 records (100 selections), it sports a sought after visible mechanism and is in fact one of the last visible mech jukeboxes of the era.

The Princess is well-known as being the smallest free-standing model of these visible mechanism jukeboxes and due to their diminutive stature they are consistently one of the most popular vintage jukeboxes that we restore.

Available in two factory issue colors, blue or pink.

Unless already in stock or under restoration, all of our vintage products are sourced to order and restored in our workshops by our talented in-house team.

We offer a grade A1 restoration as standard. We do not use a 'restoration checklist' as every component is checked and refurbished as part of our uncompromising refurbishment process.

We are thorough and comprehensive throughout and are striving to deliver a machine that is near to how it came out of the factory.

Music itself is an important part of our business, as reflected by our treasured vinyl library and resident Musicologist, so we are able to help you source and create the perfect playlist. We also make all of the title cards in original typewriter font.

THE HISTORY OF ROCK-OLA

INSPIRED BY "ROCK & ROLL”

Rock-Ola Manufacturing Corporation was founded in 1927 by the Coin-Op pioneering legend David C. Rockola. In 1935, Rock-Ola vaulted into jukebox manufacturing. He inspired the term “Rock & Roll” and has left an indelible mark on an industry that literally echoes his name. Rock-Ola sold more than 400,000 jukeboxes under the Rock-Ola brand name, which predated the rock and roll era by two decades.
