Shipping Policies

Rock-Ola understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Stock spare parts expect to receive your items within 1-2 weeks. Jukebox orders are currently taking 16 weeks. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

About Free Shipping

Jukeboxes ship free to the US, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States. 
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. 
Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority.

Types of Delivery:

Due to Covid-19 delivery types has been modified to ensure the safety of our customers.Rock-Ola offers free curbside with liftgate deliveries. All enhance services would be the responsibility of the end-user. Lift Gate/Ramp. Included with each jukebox purchase.

Enables delivery without a loading dock. DOES NOT include inside the home delivery Additional Fees apply for this service. Product is transported from trailer to inside of the building.

Set up and Trash Removal. Additional Fees apply.

Removal of product from skid, set in place of use (this is determined by local carrier). Please note Set-up is unpacking and discarding any trash associated with delivery.  Please call Rock-Ola for more details.White Glove Delivery is not available in all states, please call Rock-Ola for details.

Delivery involving stairs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately upon receipt at 1-866-855-2284. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

Shipping to Canada

Rock-Ola cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees for large shipments. Any duty, tax, the brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

What is curbside delivery?

Large or heavy items ship in a freight truck. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of items on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you.
