What if my product arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately upon receipt at 310-328-1306 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.

What is curbside delivery?
You to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of items on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you.
Do you have a physical store?
Rock-Ola has a global network of authorized dealers, please see the list here. We are planning on offering a showroom at our factory in due course and we will keep the website updated.
About Free Shipping: Jukeboxes ship free to the US, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items: If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the back ordered item

We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
